Our Facilities & Maintenance division has successfully completed numerous maintenance and fit out projects of various sizes and types. Our track record of delivering exceptional results, on time and within budget, speaks to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
At this current time we hold a Nationwide contract with the Ministry of Education, upgrading primary schools nationwide with acoustic ceiling panels and insulation. We also hold scheduled maintenance contracts with Fonterra, Programmed Facilities, Kiwirail, Housing Providers, Fast Food Chains, Shopping Malls and much more..

- We use all our own, F&M full time staff. No more contractors for the majority of works, enabling us to act much quicker than other “management” providers.
- You have one point of contact with our F&M team. If there is a problem, simply pick up the phone, text or email, and we will be onsite.
- Tika staff have a varied skillset, and can pull from 100 staff from its other departments for scale, or to ensure you get the best person for the the job you need.
- No retainers. You will only get charged for the time it takes to complete your job.
- We can service the whole of the North Island, and can service Nationwide for large roll outs, such as rebrands, or fitout refreshes.
