The Team who work for Tika are commercial interior construction specialists. We deliver both the form and function that modern building design demands and we’re comfortable with all aspects of internal fitouts.
There are a number of Fitout Companies you are able to choose from. Tika is a major supplier to the majority of these companies, completing a large portion of the works.
If you want to engage directly with the contractor who does the work and engage our network of subcontractors, contact us. We work with clients who are like minded, wish to engage early, and negotiate the work they would like done. No tenders, no racing to the bottom, just collaboration.
We work with a particular set of subcontractors, such as plumbers and electricians, while the supervision, building, and finishing work is completed by Tika full time employees. A rare trait in todays world. This enables us to have full control over the process, and a team of engaged contractors.
